The event is being done to as close to cost as possible.
Ticket price is determined by adding the expenses as followed:
- Food Price + Open Bar Price (if applicable)
- Admin fees from caterer for food+drink
- Shared costs for venue (rental cost, website) divided by number of anticipated guests
- Sales Tax
- Ticket provider service fee
- Credit Card company fee
The Ticket price will increase over time - this is to accommodate for additional expenses for the venue. Any remainder will be reinvested into the event or set aside for the 2030 reunion.
